Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in a full-time role with benefits. The MIT will complete a structured training program, under supervision of the Store Manager, and learn to manage daily operations while ensuring customer and team satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing staff, flexibility with shifts (including overnight and holidays), and adherence to company policies as part of a clear career path toward a Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team for career growth.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Must provide eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk 8 hours+.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally, overhead up to 30 minutes.
• Ability to push/pull up to 20 lbs with equipment as needed.
• Occasional ladder use to store/retrieve materials and signage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and supervision of staff.
• Participate in the Manager-In-Training program to learn management responsibilities.
• Contribute to a courteous environment aligned with company policies and goals.
