Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and drive results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Compliance with applicable regulatory and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory and cash controls, marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and interviewing techniques.
• Create teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
