Team Car Care is hiring a Manager in Training at our Austin-area location. This role leads Teammates, oversees training and policy compliance, and drives daily operations to ensure outstanding guest service and store performance.

You will participate in scheduling, coaching, inventory and P&L oversight, plus safety and policy meetings. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances through sales, inventory controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L.
• Build a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set example for exceptional guest service and resolve issues.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
