Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and supervise our store team in Savannah, GA. You will oversee training, attendance and policy adherence while preparing teammates for store leadership roles and ensuring smooth operations.

In this role you will guide store performance, coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining store standards. This is a full-time, in-store position with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Able to motivate and inspire Teammates; communicate effectively at all levels.
• Willing to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory controls, and store-level marketing with full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, including resolving guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
