Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing according to established practices and manager direction.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management, including damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork, and controls.
• Follow prescribed ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Operate store in manager's absence.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
