CVS Health is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Irving, TX. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with a blend of virtual and hands-on learning.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to gain leadership experience, manage the store, and learn CVS values while promoting from within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Willing to relocate/promote within designated market.

Responsibilities
