Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
• Experience in training staff and developing team performance.
