Qualifications

• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties including frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement merchandising direction from corporate HQ.
• Help store reach its maximum profit contribution.
