CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Bristol, CT. This development-focused role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position with a structured, 16-week training plan and a mix of virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a district leader and store manager coach, gaining leadership experience and exposure to customer care, merchandising, and inventory management as part of the journey toward store leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and/or Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Time Type: Full time; Hours per week 45; Pay range $18.50 - $28.67 per hour.

• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
