Rent One, Inc. is looking for a Manager in Training / Store Manager Trainee to develop into a Store Manager. This role focuses on building leadership, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing store operations with support from the training program.

You will learn to lead teams, drive sales, and maintain store standards while providing exceptional experiences to clients in our community.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Desirable: prior rent-to-own or retail home furnishings experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to manage all aspects of daily store operations, including safety, staffing, and performance.
• Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
• Direct store activities across security, cash handling, reporting, marketing, and inventory.
