Rent One is seeking a Manager in Training / Store Manager Trainee in Jackson, TN to participate in on-site training and develop into a store leader. You will learn daily store operations, people management, and focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.
• Previous rent-to-own or retail home furnishing experience is desirable, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to manage all aspects of daily store operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Foster employee engagement and motivation and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Maximize store performance through hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee store management of security, cash, financials, marketing initiatives, reporting, and compliance.
• Direct inventory control and ensure products are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Identify customer requirements to stay responsive to market demands.
• Maintain Rent One brand reputation within the community.
