Job summary

maurices is seeking a Manager in Training in Spokane, WA. You will work with the store manager and teams to meet sales goals, drive a customer-focused environment, and support talent development.

The program prepares you for a Store Manager role within 3–6 months, with relocation to a group of stores as needed. You will participate in all training modules and perform managerial duties on the team while developing leadership capabilities and understanding store operations in a dynamic retail
