Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by his/her supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separations.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and promote excellent service.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to protect the store's image.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Educate staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely and effective internal communication with staff and Market Manager.
• Organize site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Supervise merchandise display and pricing; maintain stock levels.
• Post employment posters and signs in accessible locations.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; forecast P&L lines.
• Safeguard money received and disbursed; perform financial analyses as needed.
