106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training in Bellingham, WA. The role focuses on training and supervising store teammates, overseeing both computer-based and on-the-job training, and enforcing attendance, safety, and uniform standards to ensure smooth operations.

You will also participate in store safety and policy meetings and have opportunities for growth and development within the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate teammates and drive results.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Willingness to comply with policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials including sales, inventory controls, and cash handling with P&L awareness.
• Recruit, interview and retain strong Teammates to build a winning team.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set a high standard for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds in good condition.
