Under the Store Manager, you will shadow daily operations, supervise shifts, mentor teammates, optimize customer experiences, ensure SOP compliance, and pursue career-ready performance through rotations and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Under Store Manager, oversee the operation of a Walgreens store (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadow or assist Store Manager in leading store throughout the learning journey.
• Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services, resolve complaints to ensure positive experience.
• Supervise shifts, merchandising tasks, and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Support reduction of losses and improvement of performance metrics.
