Job summary

Walgreens will train and develop you to lead one-box store operations, spanning front-end and pharmacy, through an accelerated program. You will shadow the Store Manager, oversee shifts, drive customer service improvements, and learn all SOPs and systems to prepare for a Store Manager role.

The program emphasizes development plans, certifications, and hands-on rotations across area stores, with mentorship from district leadership and Pharmacy/Retail operations directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience or HS diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Commitment to developing people and leading operations across front-end and pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations and lead store-wide activities, including front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain oversight of opening/closing shifts and tasks.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain customer service standards.
