Walgreens Co. is seeking a program participant to learn full store operations and fast-track toward Store Manager readiness.

You will work under the Store Manager to oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, while completing an accelerated development track and certifications required for advancement. You will shadow managers, participate in rotations among nearby stores, and develop during classroom, online, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Ability to learn Walgreens’ operations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain supervisory experience across opening/closing shifts and merchandising tasks.
• Lead customer service efforts, resolve complaints and coach team members for improvements.
