• Gains experience supervising store operations, including opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks to team members.
• Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervise receiving, pricing, and transfers of merchandise.
• Supports Store Manager in protecting store assets and monitoring loss prevention systems.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices.
