Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma/GED with two years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, motivation, and communication.
• Willingness to complete Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks if placed in ESM role.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexibility to work extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations to achieve store deliverables.
• Lead and develop team members through recruitment, coaching, performance management and discipline.
• Support Store Manager with overall operations and profitability goals.
• Ensure proper merchandising, inventory control, and store safety.
• Collaborate with external partners and manage store scheduling and shifts.
• Assist Pharmacy operations during busy periods when needed.
