Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and oversees store activities.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline of team members.
• Manages store operations including scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Builds customer loyalty by improving service metrics and resolving complaints.
• Oversees training and development through LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials when applicable.
