Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations and lead front-end and pharmacy activities under the Store Manager.
• Shadow the Store Manager to gain experience in opening/closing, scheduling, and delegating tasks.
• Assist in merchandising tasks, price accuracy, and loss prevention programs.
• Analyze inventory trends and supervise receiving, pricing, and transfers of merchandise.
• Support compliance with all laws, policies, and SOPs across store operations.
• Develop teams through training, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Plan and participate in community events and internal communications.
