Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the area.
• Willingness to accept Store Manager assignment if offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-box full store operations across front-end and pharmacy under Store Manager.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations while learning the role.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Promote customer experience improvements and team coaching.
