Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with retail management experience.
• 3 years retail management experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years with a HS diploma/GED.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and lead full store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Oversee store operations under Store Manager, including front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager to develop readiness for Store Manager role.
• Participate in one-on-one development conversations and rotations to broaden expertise.
