Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager-in-Training to learn Walgreens’ operations and lead “one-box” full store operations across front-end and pharmacy. Under Store Manager direction, you will oversee the operation and support the learning journey, completing the accelerated development track to Store Manager within the defined timeframe.

You will gain experience shadowing the Store Manager, participate in rotations at other area stores, and attain required certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• 3+ years retail management experience for degree holders; 5+ years for HS diploma.
• Experience in front-end and pharmacy operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in opening/closing shifts.
• Drive customer experience improvements and staff training.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business planning.
