Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of a Walgreens store front-end and pharmacy under the Store Manager.
• Shadows Store Manager to supervise opening/closing shifts and delegate tasks.
• Provides coaching to team members to improve customer service and store performance.
• Learns compliance SOPs and uses HR and operations systems.
