Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 3 years retail management experience, or HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to accept Store Manager assignment if offered.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to oversee store operation and staff development.
• Build customer experience, coaching team members and resolving issues promptly.
• Learn to manage merchandising, inventory, and asset protection, ensuring price accuracy.
• Develop proficiency in compliance SOPs and Walgreens systems.
