Job summary

GNC in Utah is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to join a development-focused program designed to prepare you to manage your own store. Under supervision, you will learn to drive results, lead a team, and support store performance with executive guidance from a Store Manager or District Manager.

As a SMIT, you will promote the GNC Live Well philosophy, deliver excellent customer service, and gain hands-on experience in product knowledge, sales, and day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders in training initiatives to support promotion.
• Support the total shopping experience including visual and operational elements and current sales initiatives.
• Aim to achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Build strong teams and provide feedback, recruiting and performance management.
• Open, close and operate the retail facility, including cash handling.
• Attend community fairs and events to promote the organization's mission and initiatives.
