Under a Store Manager or District Manager, you will learn leadership, sales, and store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for up to eight hours
• Frequent lifting up to 40 pounds, push/pull up to 20 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers
• Oversee daily store operations and performance metrics
• Assist with product management and visual/operational standards
• Promote customer loyalty programs (e.g., MYGNC Rewards)
• Work with Store Manager or District Manager to prepare for promotion to Store Manager
