Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Mansioni

• Shadow Store Manager to learn and perform store operations.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks to team members.
• Coach team on customer service and SOPs across front-end and pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
