The program includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training, with rotations across area stores and ongoing performance discussions to ensure readiness for permanent assignment as a Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with retail management experience as alternative.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations to lead store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow and assist the Store Manager to gain readiness for Store Manager role.
• Complete accelerated development with required rotations and trainings.
