Job summary

J&H Family Stores is seeking a Quick Service Food Manager to lead Subway, Tim Horton's, and Little Caesars' concept stores. The role reports to the District Manager and supervises Sandwich Artists, Baristas, Bakers, and Pizza Makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in hospitality, retail or restaurant industries.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and financial goals.
• Develop and motivate store employees to meet customer expectations and corporate initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and store policies.
• Establish a strong customer service culture to maximize sales and market share.
• Handle ordering, banking deposits, and store banking processes.
• Marketing and community engagement to grow store revenues.
• Resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Control labor hours, cash handling, store audits, and shrinkage.
