Job summary

J&H Family Stores in Michigan seeks an experienced store manager to oversee operations, inventory control, staff scheduling, and safety compliance. You will lead a team to ensure delicious food, clean facilities, and secure cash handling in a fast-paced setting.

Additionally, you will recruit, train, and supervise 4–12 staff, drive local marketing initiatives, maintain business records, and deliver exceptional customer service to every guest while meeting health, safety, and company policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in QSR environment with supervising/training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates and recommends promotions or terminations.
• Communicates changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Maintains health, safety, and security compliance.
• Identifies prospective customers to promote sales.
