Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required
• Must lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent physical tasks
