Dollar Tree Stores in New York – Woodside is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn the profitable operations of our store while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers and associates. You’ll engage in on-the-job training and lead daily tasks under guidance to drive merchandising excellence and customer service.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing staff, enforcing policies, and achieving store profitability with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; Big Box experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
