Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Retail or automotive experience preferred.
• Proven leadership experience and customer-care focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• ASE certifications or NAPA Know How are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health and scheduling.
• Actively sell and build relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors and customer standards.
• Oversee opening and closing routines and daily cash processes.
• Handle scheduling, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Monitor store metrics and address trends with problem solving.
• Provide leadership, coaching and succession development.
• Drive safety, asset protection and continuous improvement.
