Job summary

NAPA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our auto parts department in RAMSEUR, NC. You will drive profit, oversee inventory, motivate a high-energy team, and deliver best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include growing revenue, developing wholesale accounts, and ensuring store safety and appearance while controlling costs and optimizing store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing a retail auto parts store is preferred.
• Background in automotive, heavy equipment, or dealership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
• Build, guide and develop an engaged crew to deliver customer care and business results.
• Steer towards continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets.
