Responsibilities

• Participate in a 180-day program to develop and evaluate future retail leaders through hands-on experience in a store environment.
• Advancement into a leadership role is based on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs.
• Team members not selected for leadership will be placed into the Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications and business needs.
