Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Assistant Store Manager in Waiting (JC4) at one of our locations for up to six months.
• Gain knowledge of products and services while learning the Signet Selling System.
• Transition into a leadership role or another qualified position with appropriate compensation adjustments.
