Job summary

Signet Jewelers, and Kay Jewelers as part of Signet, seek candidates for a Store Manager in Waiting (JC5) at one of our locations for up to six months. The program teaches the Signet Selling System and product knowledge, with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role or another qualified position at program end.

The role includes hands-on management exposure, coaching, and evaluation to determine readiness for leadership opportunities with appropriate compensation adjustments.

• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.
