Signet Jewelers invites candidates to join Jared as a Store Manager in Waiting (JC5) at one of our Lombard, IL locations for a six-month introductory period. The program focuses on learning our products, services, and Signet Selling System while developing leadership capabilities.

Successful participants may transition into a leadership position or another role aligned with qualifications, with an appropriate compensation adjustment based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business results.
• Limited to external new hires only.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month Store Manager in Waiting program to learn Signet selling system and store operations.
• Upon completion, transition into a leadership position or a corresponding role with a compensation adjustment based on performance and business needs.
