A day in the life of a Store Manager in Training:

• Set sales goals, oversee and direct coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue growth.
• Oversee collections activities, follow-up on accounts, approve customer commitments, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage store resources to achieve profit goals, ensure policy compliance, oversee inventory, and handle issues promptly.
• Train and develop coworkers, organize daily activities, recruit and hire staff, and promote customer service excellence.

What are the minimum requirements?

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training
• Proficiency in store operation applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
