This range is provided by Telle Tire & Auto Centers. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts
  2. Review inspection reports from technicians
  3. Manage technician time
  4. Maintain communication with customers regarding vehicle progress
  5. Support staffing decisions
  6. Manage timecards
  7. Foster shop engagement and camaraderie
  8. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments to improve performance and profitability
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years' automotive service advising/writing experience including management and supervisory roles
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Knowledge of automotive services, MS Office, general business, and financial reporting
  • Experience with Point of Sale software and ADP Workforce Now is beneficial
