Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential duties, responsibilities, and work conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, use equipment, tools, and materials as outlined in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Proficiency in computer skills relevant to store operations, including report analysis, inventory, and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation for bank and management meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and assign tasks to maintain store standards.

• Safeguard cash and financial transactions.
• Perform financial analyses to enhance store performance.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
• Minimal supervision required.
