Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the duties of a Store Manager and develop the skills needed to lead the store team. You will focus on delivering Legendary Customer Experience, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring productive operations in a dynamic retail setting.

The role emphasizes creating an inclusive store culture, coordinating staffing, and supporting district and store goals while training to advance to a full-store leadership position.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Learn Store Manager duties through observation and training.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and build a strong team.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operations.
