Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management or high school diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• Willingness to accept Store Manager assignment if offered.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations and lead one-box full store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Oversee the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under the Store Manager.
• Support store operations by shadowing or assisting the Store Manager in leading the store.
