Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Experience in retail environment desirable.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff.
• Strong cash handling and deposit procedures knowledge.
• Proficient in communicating with customers and team members.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing according to store guidance.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and controls.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and set a positive example.
• Support store opening, closing, and cash control procedures.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
