A day in the life of a Store Manager in Training:

• Sales: Set goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collection activities, follow-up on accounts, approve customer commitments, provide leadership and training for collections.
• Leadership: Manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, security, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop staff, organize daily activities, recruit, retain staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Minimum requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training
• Proficiency in store operation applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (you will drive company vehicles)
