Store Managers are expected to spend the majority of their time on managerial work, including leading and managing a team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving store results. Minimal time is spent on non-managerial tasks such as cashiering or stocking shelves.

Major Activities
  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and legal requirements; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  2. Deliver sales and profit plans, manage KPIs, and ensure team achievement of their KPIs.
  3. Lead the execution of our customer brand promises.
  4. Implement shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
  5. Set, prioritize, and communicate goals using company tools; manage store team and customer interactions.
  6. Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; oversee performance and disciplinary processes; identify talent for advancement.
  7. Promote a respectful, positive environment; serve as Manager on Duty (MOD); ensure cross-training in all departments, including custom framing.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Experience
  • Retail management leadership experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching tasks.

Work Environment
  • Public retail setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
