Walgreens Co. is seeking a trainee to learn and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy, under the Store Manager's guidance. The role focuses on accelerated development toward Store Manager through rigorous rotations, classroom, online, and on-the-job training.

You will shadow management, participate in SOPs, gain familiarity with pharmacy operations, and pursue required registrations. This program emphasizes customer service, compliance, and team leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of retail management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Shadow Store Manager and oversee full store operations for front-end and pharmacy.
• Lead and develop team, manage shifts, merchandising, and promotions.
• Protect store assets and monitor loss prevention programs.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive sales and cost control.
