Walgreens is seeking a trainee to learn full-store operations, including front-end and pharmacy, under the Store Manager. The program focuses on accelerated development toward Store Manager readiness through rotations, classroom and on-the-job training.

You will shadow leadership, complete required certifications, and gain experience in customer service, operations, and performance management to prepare for a managerial role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management, or High School Diploma with 5 years management.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens stores within the hiring area.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow and assist Store Manager in leading store operations throughout learning journey.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and model customer service best practices.
• Learn SOPs, compliance standards, and Walgreens computer systems across store functions.
• Develop plans to improve sales, control costs, and drive business performance.
